I had to look back.. I wouldn’t choose “Wish You Were Here” by Pink Floyd or “Breakfast in America” by Super Tramp. The rest might very well be on my list, though. You did a great job of choosing. I would choose for my last two something by Tom Waits and perhaps a Linda Ronstadt or Simon and Garfunkle…I also loved Glen Yarborough and was collaborating with him on a radio show called “From the Lighthouse” when he had throat surgery and lost his voice.. He was going to record several of my poems and children’s books and I was writing the commentary for the show. He’d built a lighhouse on the lake near his house…across the lake from my house. Biggest disappointmment of my life when this didn’t come to fruition. I still have the scripts in my files. That said, I would probably include one of his songs.. or albums.. as I had all of them in college. I still have all of his records…ha. And one of his tapes he gave me of a recording with his daughter Holly.
A great list…I would agree with all but 2 that I have to listen to to see if I recognize them.. I’ll be back to tell you if I agree about them, too.
You’ve got me curious now!
