I never tire of revisiting special places via treasured photos and videos. This landscape shot was taken during our hike of the seven mile trek to Mill’s Lake (and a little beyond!) in the Rocky Mountains.
Hiking in the Rocky Mountains was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The calm, the stillness, the peacefulness and solitude of the place almost brought me to tears. We were lucky to have had such stellar weather while we were there this past September. I can hardly wait to return!
Thank you so much for stopping by and for your kind words!
So pretty!
Thanks Roberta. Love this place!
Wow Julie .. Great shot, great scape π
Thanks Julie. It was a great eSCAPE as well!!!
Most definitely the rockies. Beautiful. Thanks for playing this week π
What a beautiful photo! Wish I was there instead of here with the pitiful gray skies!
Agree! We were lucky the weather was so gorgeous when we were there. It’s mild but overcast here in the Midwest but I’m hoping for a White Christmas!
Congratulations! I have selected this post to be featured on my Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge.

This is absolutely breath taking and I could sit on that rock in the sunshine forever.
