A tasty entrée to go with pork chops is asparagus, several of which (translation: more than five!) are amassed on this lovely platter made of plastic, grilled for supper one night last week courtesy of my husband. Slathered in olive oil and adorned with sea salt – this popular spring vegetable was quite delicious.
