I think what makes this photo so special is the leaves in front of the grill.
Agree. Even better if it had been something with flowers!
I’m not sure what makes this oddball, I just know I like it! Anything old, rusty, is right up my alley. And your processing, if any, is perfect. Nothing overdone at all.
I started out as a purist but quickly changed my tune when I saw what could be done with processing. I went overboard at first but now am starting to go for more natural looking images.
Thanks! Got this at a vineyard / orchard in Door County a couple of weeks ago. Husband and I were strolling the grounds and came across a collection of junked vehicles, door frames and other odds and ends. My perfect place to find interesting subjects!

The weed in your photo sure makes this a much more interesting photo. Wonderfully seen and taken.
Excellent!

Greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Great shot! I love it. I totally agree with what Cee said. 🙂
It definitely gives it a little ‘oomph’, does it not? 🙂
Sure does!

No processing whatsoever. Part of me wants to learn to do that while the purist in me resists!
I’m drawn to rustic, woodsy, earthy and rusty as well. 🙂
Thank you for your kind words. Means a lot!!

Finding the time — always a challenge as well!

Thanks, Allan. I love to ‘play’ with these blogging challenges but being featured always feels great! Nice to be acknowledged. Thanks again!
