Thanks, Judy. Yes, that’s the Hubster and me from a few years ago. We attended a Polka Festival with his parents. Don’t knock it until you try it! We were never big into it but it is a fun way to spend a few hours. An older gentleman took me for a spin on the dance floor, and I never laughed so much in my life!
That is a horse mannequin of some sort. I took this photo in Galena a while back and there were other 2nd floor windows along the main concourse with similar unusual beings staring out at all the shoppers and tourists below. One was a huge snowman. In the summertime!
