Reflections: My First Year Anniversary as a WordPress Blogger

IMG_5479

In the early months of 2014 a seed was somehow planted. I don’t recall how or where or who was responsible for the idea but I began to consider starting a blog. Over the years, I’d toyed with the possibility of writing a book but never took it any further than that. I don’t know that I have a viable story in me but felt that I wanted to otherwise express myself. And from the little I knew at that time, a blog seemed like the perfect vehicle to do just that. And now, one full year later, I’ve discovered it’s all that AND the proverbial bag of chips.

I love blogging. Love the opportunity to share my thoughts, views, ramblings and observations. Love the wonderful connections I’ve made from all over the world. And I love having a platform to share my photos and flex my creative muscles in response to the many and varied photography challenges that are posted each week.

And so, with one year under my belt, won’t you join me in celebrating my first blogging anniversary? I’ve compiled some of my favorite posts and photos and sincerely hope you’ll find something here to inspire you, to make you think or to simply put a smile on your face.

As always, a special thank you to my loyal followers. I appreciate each and every ‘like’, comment and Follow!
